Matt LaRont currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations at The Hillman Group, responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, and logistics, including the refurbishment of machines and providing field services. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Executive at Global Efficiency Solutions, Vice President of Sales for the US and EU at AGC Multi Material America, and VP of Global Operations and Supply Chain at RealWear, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed sales management and supply chain ownership for mass production in the AR/VR sector. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at Isola Group, where Matt LaRont held various roles, including SVP of Global Operations and President of North America, with comprehensive P&L responsibilities and oversight of global supply chain operations across multiple regions. Earlier roles also include Vice President positions in sales and marketing at Isola Group and Flextronix - Solectron, focusing on OEM relationships and electromechanical commodities sourcing.
