Michael Edwards is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Principal in the Business Group at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. since September 2020, after having held the position of Corporate Counsel at Loftium from June 2019 to September 2020. Edwards began an extensive legal career at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. in October 2014, further developing experience through roles such as Legal Intern at Seattle Children's and Summer Associate at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. Edwards holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law, where notable contributions included serving as Associate Editor in Chief of the Washington Law Review and leadership roles in various student organizations. Prior to law school, Edwards earned a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University and gained experience as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Vivint, Inc., and as Editor for the BYU Daily Universe.
