Paul Shallow has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Paul started as a Kitchen Assistant at Berehill and Wessex nursing home from 2012 to 2015. Paul then worked as a Chef at Shinfield view care home from 2016 to 2018. Following that, Paul served as a Sous Chef and Head Chef at Rosebourne from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head Chef at Hillier Nurseries Ltd since 2023.
Paul Shallow's education history includes attending Eastleigh College from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in L2 food production with a focus on Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
