Erica Witham, CCP, is an experienced HR professional specializing in compensation management. Currently serving as HR Product Owner for Compensation & Jobs at Hillenbrand since January 2022, Erica oversees the implementation and management of compensation products and collaborates with HR partners to enhance strategic compensation programs globally. Previously, Erica held the position of Compensation Sr. Manager, leading various compensation initiatives. With a strong background in compensation and performance management, Erica has worked at Omnicare, NorthgateArinso, and Convergys in roles focusing on compensation analysis, program development, and HRIS implementation.
