Leah Palestrant currently serves as the Director of the Springboard Fellowship at Hillel International since July 2022. Prior to this role, Leah was the Director of Statewide Alumni Strategy at Teach For America in Jacksonville & Central Florida from September 2020 to July 2022. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Learning and Development at City Year Jacksonville from July 2013 to September 2020, Education Team Lead at Clearwater Marine Aquarium from November 2012 to July 2013, and Biology Teacher at Duval County Public Schools from August 2010 to November 2012. Leah began their career as a Corps Member with Teach For America from July 2010 to June 2012. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Psychology from The Ohio State University, completed in 2009.
