Darren Klein, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Hillel 818 since March 2024. Previously held multiple leadership roles at United Synagogue Youth, including Director of Synagogue Support and Branch Director, where responsibilities encompassed project management, grant development, and professional training for stakeholder staff. Darren also worked as the Regional Teen Engagement Director at Far West United Synagogue Youth, directing teen engagement activities and managing staff. Earlier experience included the role of Assistant Regional Director at United Synagogue Youth, where Darren oversaw event coordination and logistical operations. Darren holds a Master of Science in Management from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
