Taylor Leonard is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience overseeing industrial portfolios totaling approximately 6 million square feet. Since June 2021, Taylor has served as a Property Manager at Hill Management Services, Inc., following roles as General Manager at JLL from November 2018 to June 2021 and Property Manager at CBRE in 2018. Previous experience also includes positions as Assistant General Manager at JLL and Facility Supervisor at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities included managing various facility operations and providing administrative support. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Virginia, earned in 2013.
