Cezar Cunningham MBA, PMP, AIA Assoc is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project management, design, and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hill International, Inc. since March 2018, Cezar has a strong background that includes membership in the National Bioethics Committee of Jamaica since 2011 and a prior role as Sales Leader at Hilton Grand Vacations from June 2015 to March 2018. Cezar also founded an independent design firm, Cezar Cunningham - Architecture. Design. Creative., where project management services were provided for both residential and commercial construction. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Engineer for Clark Construction on the New Washington Convention Center project. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University, complemented by various design certifications.
