Theresa Castagnola

Media Director, Ad Operations at Hill Holliday

Theresa Castagnola has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and technology industry. Theresa currently holds the position of Media Director, Ad Operations at Hill Holliday since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Digitas North America where they held several roles including Manager, Media Technology from April 2021 to April 2022, Senior Analyst, Media Technology from December 2017 to April 2021, and Analyst, Media Technology from October 2015 to December 2017.

Before joining Digitas, Theresa worked at AMC Networks where they served as a Digital Production Analyst from June 2014 to October 2015. In this role, they gained expertise in digital file format, encoding, metadata QA, international audio dubbing, and process creation and management. Additionally, they had a role as a Project Coordinator from January 2013 to June 2014, where they worked on various aspects of AMC's streaming movie service, including finance reporting, digital asset management, and pitching meetings with the network's President.

Theresa Castagnola obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from St. John's University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Theresa also received certifications from The Trade Desk's Trading Academy, including Connected TV certification in April 2019, Specialist certification in December 2018, Strategist certification in September 2018, Professional certification in August 2018, and Practitioner certification in August 2018. Additionally, they pursued Audio Production at the Institute of Audio Research, although the start and end years for this program are not provided.
