Danielle Garvey, Esq., CEDS, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and discovery management. Currently serving as a Partner in Discovery at Hilgers Graben PLLC since 2021, Danielle has previously held roles including Associate Counsel and Director of Litigation & Discovery Management at Viacom Inc. from 2014 to 2020, and Staff Attorney at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP for a brief period in 2014. Danielle's career in law began in 2003 at a law firm, where responsibilities included serving as an eDiscovery Attorney and Project Manager. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Maryland and a Doctor of Law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.
