Carl Shay has extensive experience in the dairy distribution industry, currently serving as Branch Manager at Hiland Dairy Foods since February 2017, with prior roles as Sales Representative and Route Supervisor/Fleet Manager. From July 1992 to February 2017, Carl was the Owner and President of Shay Distribution, managing sales, procurement, and transportation as a distributor for Hiland Dairy Foods. Carl began their career in route sales, delivering products on a set route. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Allen County Community College (2010-2012) and a High School Diploma in General Studies from Altoona Midway High School (1985-1988).
