Bruna Winkert Raddatz is a skilled professional in laboratory innovation management, currently serving as Supervisora de Inovação Laboratorial at Hilab since May 2020. In this role, Bruna oversees R&D projects for molecular biology diagnostic tests, with a focus on developing LAMP-based assays and collaborating with public research institutions. Bruna has a solid background in molecular biology, having conducted extensive research and development on diagnostic kits for COVID-19, and has contributed to scientific publications. Previous experience includes being a member of the local biosafety council for clinical studies at WIRB-Copernicus Group and consulting on biotechnological innovations at Heide Extratos Vegetais.
