Prashant Warade is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and compliance, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Compliance Manager at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since September 2024. Before this role, Prashant spent over thirteen years at Xellia Pharmaceuticals, holding the position of Quality Assurance Compliance Manager and also acting as Team Lead for External Supply QA and Lead Auditor (Corporate). Responsibilities included ensuring inspection readiness, conducting audits, sharing findings to enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), and overseeing quality requirements for material suppliers and third parties. Prior positions include Head of Corporate Validation at Strides Arcolab Limited, Senior Team Leader at Alembic, and various roles at Lupin and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Prashant holds an M.B.A. in Quality Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (2014) and an M.Pharm in Quality Assurance from IBSS College of Pharmacy.
