Dima Oscar holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Industrial Technical Management, complemented by various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently serving as the General Manager at Hikma Pharmaceuticals since October 2018, Dima oversees the API manufacturing site. Prior roles at Hikma include Head of Business Transformation, Head of Operations, and Head of Project Management Office, during which Dima successfully established corporate policies, managed production and quality assurance departments, and led process improvement initiatives. Dima's extensive experience encompasses regulatory affairs, compliance, and strategic project management within the pharmaceutical industry, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
