Paul Noe has extensive experience in project management and information technology, currently serving as the Director of Projects and Process Improvement and Director of Information Technology at Highway Transport Logistics, Inc. since April 2003. Previously, Paul worked as a Software Developer at Consolidated Products for a brief period in 2006 and at Corizon Health from 1997 to 2003, focusing on SQL, VB.NET, VB6, and Crystal Reports. Additionally, Paul held the position of Minister of Propaganda at Disgraceland Records from 1993 to 2000. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 1987 and 1991.
