Ellen Kirkham is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at High Street Insurance Partners, Inc. since May 2022, Ellen previously held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Gallagher, where Ellen designed and implemented the FP&A function. Prior to Gallagher, Ellen spent over 18 years at HSBC in roles such as Director of Financial and Business Analysis and Vice President, contributing to strategic planning, operational processes, and financial support. Ellen's career began at Household, where Ellen focused on financial control. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Iowa, obtained in 1989.
