Ipseeta Mitra is a skilled Talent Experience Associate at HighRadius since January 2024, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for various roles, including both associate and leadership levels. Prior to this role, Ipseeta served as a Senior Consultant at Reed & Willow Talent Advisory Group, where expertise was demonstrated in building teams from the ground up, leading Learning and Development initiatives, and managing programs effectively. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Consultant with PeopleNorth Pvt. Ltd. and KPMG India, as well as a Human Resources Intern at QOTSOFT IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Ipseeta holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pune.
