Nicholas Bain began their work experience in 2011 as a Technology Analyst/ ServiceNow Developer at Citi. Nicholas worked there until 2015 when they transitioned to Digitain as a Consultant and Director. In 2015, they also joined Vorto Limited as a Senior Technical Consultant and remained there until 2020. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Director Engineering & Architecture, EMEA at NewRocket, starting in 2022.

Nicholas Bain obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (MEng) from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management from ServiceNow, as well as a Certified System Administrator and ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
