April Harper has over 20 years of diverse experience in property management and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Community Director at Highmark Residential since January 2023, April previously held the position of Director of Operations and Property Manager at Blackland Community Development Corporation from August 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Public Notary and Signing Agent at Harper Loan Signing from November 2017 to August 2021, and as a Property Manager at Foundation Communities between April 2015 and June 2017. April’s career began in the US Army, where responsibilities as a Patient Administration Specialist were held from 1999 to 2008.
