George Friedman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content production and creative operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Creative Content Production at Highmark Health, George leads Tonic, the in-house advertising agency, overseeing content creation across various mediums. Previous roles include Executive Producer at Porgie Productions, Inc., and Senior Manager at Kohler Co., where George managed global integrated content production for numerous brands. George has a proven track record of reducing operational costs and increasing efficiency through innovative strategies. Earlier career experiences include founding Backpack Editorial and serving as Senior Creative Editor at Red Car. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Television Production from Columbia College Chicago and has studied at Carnegie Mellon University and The Pennsylvania Governor’s School of Excellence for the Arts.
