Richard Hurley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Richard is currently the CEO, Co-founder, and Majority Owner of Highline Commerce, a company that offers sustainable warehouse and fulfillment services for ecommerce start-ups. In this role, they have successfully managed 18 employees and 53 customers, providing same day and next day delivery services within NYC, as well as nationwide and international 3PL services.
Before their current position, Richard served as the Head of Sales at Megan Phillips Design, where they provided sales and operational support for the design business. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at PebblePost, where they closed multiple contracts with Fortune 500 companies, such as Amex, Citi, Hudson's Bay, Urban Outfitters, and more.
Prior to that, Richard held the position of Account Director at Zeta Global, where they managed teams that deployed over 21 billion emails across different platforms. Richard was also the Co-founder of Heritage Discs and worked as a Digital Solutions Coordinator at Acxiom.
Richard started their career as an Interactive Marketing Manager at EMI Music. Throughout their career, Richard has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, operations, account management, and digital marketing.
Richard Hurley obtained a BBA in Music Business from Belmont University - Jack C. Massey College of Business in the years 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Finance at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2012 to 2014.
