Roberto Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across various sectors, including international development and education. Currently serving as a Sr. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Highlight Technologies under the USAID/PPL Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research, Roberto has played a crucial role in shaping policies and practices surrounding MEL at USAID. Previous roles include Spanish Language Interpreter for Howard County Public Schools, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at SSG Advisors, and Evaluation Team Leader for a USAID Disaster Risk Reduction project in Ethiopia.
