Victor (Rudy) Persaud has extensive experience in retail management and driving, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Driver at Highlight Motor Group since October 2017, Rudy previously held significant roles, including Assistant Store Manager at Walmart Canada from October 2011 to April 2017 and Store Manager at WELCOME GUARDIAN DRUGS from December 1999 to February 2011. Achievements include consistently increasing sales revenue by 5% to 9% annually and enhancing gross profit margins from 26% to 33% through effective product selection and marketing strategies. Rudy also served as an Assistant Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart from 1987 to 1999. Rudy holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Centennial College, obtained between 1988 and 1994.
