Kiran Nanda has a diverse work experience in various customer success and client success roles. They started their career in 2019 as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. In 2020, they joined ClearTax India as a Customer Success Manager and worked there until 2022. Kiran then moved on to Keka HR as a Client Success Specialist from April 2022 to November 2022. They then worked at FloBiz as a Customer Success professional from November 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Kiran Nanda is employed at HighLevel as a Customer Success Specialist from June 2023 until the present.

Kiran Nanda has a diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from Utkalmani Gopabandhu Institute of Engineering. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
