Stephanie Forsberg is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Highland Ventures, LTD since September 2022, Stephanie oversees HR operations to recruit, hire, and retain top talent. Previous roles include VP of Talent at Tend, where leadership focused on recruiting clinical and support staff, and Vice President of Talent Management at First Care Clinics, managing HR during a pivotal growth phase. Earlier experiences encompass Director positions at SmileDirectClub and Childcare Network, Inc., as well as managerial roles in staffing and placement. Stephanie holds a BS in Family and Child Development from Auburn University.
