Felipe Manjon is an experienced professional specializing in construction and estimating, currently serving as Estimator II at Highland Homes since December 2020. Felipe has developed strong skills in material takeoffs and interdepartmental relationships, supporting both construction and purchasing functions. Prior to this, Felipe held multiple roles at Central Millwork, LLC., including Project Manager and Senior Estimator, where project management processes were implemented to enhance communication and efficiency in project completion. Felipe's expertise also includes site management as Construction General Manager at Casas: Confort, and site engineering experience at CAPEI Constructora and ABC (Administradora Boliviana de Carreteras). An alumnus of Escuela Militar de Ingeniería, Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, completed in 2016.
