Michelle Yadouga is a highly experienced Structural Designer and Associate at Highland Associates, where Michelle has been since July 1992, specializing in detailing and light design for various facilities including commercial, health care, industrial, and government projects. Prior experience includes roles as a CAD Operator at Pocono Design Systems, focusing on power generation detailing, and as a Structural CAD Draftsman at GSGSB, where Michelle utilized early CAD software for various facility types. Michelle began a career at Babcock & Wilcox as a CAD Operator in the Fossil Power Generation Division. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Drafting/Design from Johnson College and a diploma from Scranton Preparatory School.
