Mushtaq Kapadwala is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial systems and process improvement. Before assuming the role of Area Director of Finance at Highgate, Mushtaq served as the Director of Financial Systems and Process Improvement at Hanger, Inc. and held the position of Director - Financial Systems at HEI Hotels & Resorts. Additionally, Mushtaq worked as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Townsquare Media and began a career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Polar Air Cargo.
