Matt Sprung has worked in sales and management for over 15 years. Matt began their career in 2003 with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Assistant Manager. In 2006, they left Enterprise to join Cintas, where they were in charge of growing the direct sales department. During their time at Cintas, Matt was responsible for training service sales reps, processing orders, facilitating shipping, managing expenses and increasing the profit margin for the department.

In 2010, Matt left Cintas to join Transworld Systems as an A/R Gap Specialist. Matt remained with Transworld Systems until 2013, when they joined Higher Standards as an Advisor.

Matt is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales and management. Matt is a team player who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and increase profits. Matt is an excellent communicator and has a deep understanding of the sales process. Matt is a strategic thinker who is always looking for new opportunities to grow revenue.

Matt Sprung's educational career began at Avon High School. Matt then continued their education at the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing. Finally, they completed their schooling at Stony Brook University.
