She focuses on enabling fast-growing companies to maximize their potential by developing and implementing strategies to drive financial and operational performance and sustainable business growth. Previously, Tricia held several executive roles for private equity-backed technology companies, serving as Chief Financial Officer for Social Solutions, Relias Learning, and Mitratech. She also held numerous financial roles for Sunquest Information Systems and Misys Healthcare Systems.

Tricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
