Shah Alam Khan is an IT Support Specialist at ADNOC Schools since September 2023, previously serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at the Higher Colleges of Technology from February 2022. With experience as a Technical Support Engineer at HungerBox from March 2018 to October 2021, Shah Alam Khan focused on training new staff and monitoring team performance. Prior to that role, Shah Alam Khan worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at Bharat Prints from June 2017 to February 2018, where help desk experience and technical expertise were developed. Shah Alam Khan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai (2013-2017) and a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science from KCT Technical College, Karnataka (2009-2013).
