Howard Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering management and mentorship. Currently serving as a Mentor and Program Advisor at Higher Achievement since June 2011, Howard supports students and staff in Baltimore, fostering positive attitudes towards academic achievement and encouraging leadership development. Prior experience includes directing asset management and reliability engineering initiatives at Synagro, overseeing operations at Constellation Energy’s Maryland Peaker Fleet, and conducting performance engineering at Baltimore Gas & Electric. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, alongside military training and leadership programs.
