Nic Merrin is the current president at Highbury Defense Group. Prior to this, they worked in the defense industry as counsel from January 2009 to December 2012. Before that, they were an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2002 to December 2009.

Nic Merrin has a Doctor of Law from Duke University School of Law and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia. They also have certification from the CA and NY Bar Associations.
