Randy Gast is an experienced technology operations manager currently serving as the Manager of Technology Operations at High Street Insurance Partners, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Randy held various roles including Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor at MedData, where responsibilities included supervising IT Service Desk personnel and enhancing service quality. Randy's background also includes self-employment as an Information Technology Support Specialist, managing Help Desk support and Microsoft Technology implementations. Further experience includes positions with Walmart as a Service Desk Associate and with iMPact Business Group as an Information Technology Specialist. Randy's extensive tenure at Amway culminated in the role of Information Technology Manager.
