Michael Zerman has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to data and analytics. Michael currently serves as the Vice President of Data & Analytics at Highstreet Insurance Partners since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data & AI Solutions Architect at 3Cloud from September 2021 to December 2023. Before that, they were employed at Aon, where they held positions as an Enterprise Data Architect from November 2020 to September 2021, a Senior Product Manager from December 2018 to November 2020, and a Technical Product Manager from April 2015 to December 2018. Michael began their career at Cisco as a Customer Strategy & Success Consultant from May 2012 to April 2015.

Michael Zerman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from North Carolina State University in 2013. In 2021, they completed a Master's degree in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they hold a certification in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which was obtained in 2016.
