Deondra Randle, PMP, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Principal Owner of Innovative Engineering Consulting since March 2018, Deondra also holds positions as a Clean Tech Advisory Board Member at High Street Equity Partners and Chief Executive Officer at Brotha Whiskey. As a co-founder of The Randle Candle Collective, Deondra contributes to innovative enterprises while managing STEAM programming as Director at Edward L. Cooper Community Garden and Education Center, Inc. Previous roles include Senior Customer Delivery Manager at Humatics, Managing Consultant for Operations & Maintenance at Network Rail Consulting, and System Integration Engineering Manager at CRRC MA. Deondra's solid engineering foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University.
