Matthew Stuhr, PMP, is the President and Senior Vice President/Partner of High Street Consulting, LLC, where expertise in homeland security and defense is applied to tackle complex challenges. With over two decades of experience, Matthew served as Operations Officer in the Army National Guard, where critical information was managed for senior leadership. Prior roles include founding Matthew Stuhr Consulting, and key positions at The Cadmus Group and FEMA, contributing significantly to national exercises and training programs. Matthew’s military leadership includes commanding a multinational military police company during Operation Enduring Freedom. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University.
