Doron Segal has a strong background in research and development, with experience in leading projects in the military and civilian sectors. Doron has held various leadership positions in companies such as High Sec Labs Ltd. and Meprolight, where Doron optimized developments for different applications. In the Israeli Ground Forces, Doron served as the Armored Fighting Vehicle Department Head and Arms Testing and Quality Assurance Deputy Commander, showcasing their expertise in technological implementation and testing. Doron holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has completed various courses in R&D management and project management.
