Tina Johnson has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Tina started their career in 2005 as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Technician at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing and Business Development at the South Dakota Lions Eye Bank, where they established a new Fundraising & Event planning software and utilized their past medical software experience to assist with Transplant Software and compliance standards. In 2013, they became a Client Manager & Production Support Analyst at DocuTAP, where they managed, configured, and troubleshot software issues for the Revenue Cycle Management department. In 2015, they became an EHR Analyst at Volunteers of America, where they implemented, troubleshot, configured, and trained staff on new Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. In 2016, they began working at EarthBend as an Account Executive and Inside Sales Coordinator - National Accounts. In this role, they collaborated with businesses in the Midwest to help integrate technology and voice systems into any business, as well as managed product and account management for the Value Added Distribution (VAD) team. In 2017, they began working at High Point Networks as an Account Executive.

Tina Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colorado Technical University, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tina also holds certifications from HP, Mitel, Polycom, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, obtained in February 2017, August 2016, July 2016, and May 2016 respectively.
