Kelli Crosta is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Associate at High Focus Centers since November 2019, where responsibilities include caring for individuals facing substance abuse and psychiatric issues and co-facilitating therapeutic groups. Prior to this role, Kelli interned at the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, contributing to the Fatal Incident Review Team and conducting research on domestic violence best practices and legislation. Kelli also held the position of Shift Lead and Server Coach at Miller's Ale House Restaurants, managing team operations to ensure effective service. An earlier internship at the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence involved legislative advocacy and research on victims' rights and stalking within the LGBTQ+ community. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Women's and Gender Studies, and Domestic Violence Prevention and Services from the University of Delaware, obtained in 2018.
