Mark Randall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and safety management within various industries, primarily in the energy and resources sectors. Currently serving as General Manager PIMS at High Arctic Energy Services since January 2023, Mark previously held multiple roles, including Head of HSE and Training and People and Safety Manager International. With a solid foundation in the Australian Army as an Operational/Training Specialist, Mark has a proven track record in managing HR, safety, and training initiatives that positively impact local communities, especially in Papua New Guinea. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, along with several diplomas in Project Management, Workplace Health and Safety, and Human Resources Management.
