Rolf Schumacher has held various notable positions in the energy sector. Schumacher began their career as Sales Manager International for Steam Turbine Reconstruction at Siemens AG from 2001 to 2007. Schumacher then moved on to Siemens S.A. Chile, where they served as Head of Power Generation from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they joined Andes Mining & Energy Corp. as Chief Technology Officer in 2012. Currently, they are serving as Chief Innovation Officer at HIF Global since 2022.

From 1991 to 1997, Schumacher Rolf attended Leibniz Universität Hannover, where they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy.
