Paulina Rabajille is an experienced professional in sustainability and stakeholder management, currently serving as the Head of ESG Global at HIF Global since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina held the position of Sustainability and Stakeholder Management Specialist at Antofagasta Minerals from June 2018 to March 2023. Paulina's expertise in corporate sustainability was further honed as a Consultant at Corporate Citizenship, where responsibilities included corporate strategy consulting, policy development, and sustainability reporting. Earlier experience at Deloitte as a Risk Consultant in Sustainability and Climate Change involved project management and compliance related to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability reporting. Paulina holds a degree in Natural and Renewable Resources Engineering from Universidad de Chile and a certificate in Smart Water Management from Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Natural and Mathematical Sciences from Universidad de Chile.
