Chris Ong is an accomplished Commercial Director at Hickory Group, with over 20 years of commercial management experience in large-scale construction projects across Australia and the UK. Since joining Hickory in 2008, Chris has concentrated on enhancing the group's modular capabilities and currently leads the Sync division, specializing in prefabricated bathrooms. Prior to Hickory, Chris served as Commercial & Operations Manager at Contexx Engineering and held key roles at Multiplex and Brookfield Multiplex Ltd, overseeing major projects such as Wembley Stadium and the Melbourne Convention Centre. Chris holds a Bachelor of Planning & Design and a Bachelor of Building, Construction Management from the University of Melbourne.
