Ze'ev Rozov is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in tech and media. Currently serving as COO at HiBob since June 2022, Ze'ev oversees partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Ze'ev held the position of COO at Minute Media, where revenue was scaled by 20 times to over $200 million and led the successful completion of five acquisitions. As CEO and Co-Founder of RewardPod and Iconicfuture GmbH, Ze'ev was instrumental in developing innovative solutions in the digital space. Earlier career highlights include serving as VP Digital Media at Triumph Media Group and Managing Director Europe at Conduit. Educational background includes studies at Tel Aviv University and Pomona College.
