Tal Geffen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Talent & OD Consultant at HiBob, as well as HR & Organizational Consultant at GreenVibe Technologies LTD, Global Talent Manager at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, and HR & Organizational Consultant at Ford Israel - Research Center since 2023. Previous roles include VP, Head of People at Nym and VP Global HR at Voyager Labs. Tal has held significant positions at Telefonica, including Israel HR Director and Senior HRBP for the Future Communication Global Division, and previously worked at KPMG as OD & Talent Manager, and Marvell Israel Ltd. as HRBP & OD. Tal Geffen holds an MA in Organizational Development from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Sociology, Anthropology, and Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
