Robert Airdrie is an experienced HCM Consultant at HiBob since January 2024 and has served as a One Young World Ambassador since October 2016. Previously, Robert held the position of Account Executive - Reward Technology Specialist at Payscale from August 2021 to January 2024, and Regional Sales Manager - Reward Technology Specialist at Curo Compensation from July 2018 to September 2021. Career beginnings included roles as an Account Executive - Talent Management Consultant at Saba Software from June 2017 to July 2018 and as Account Executive- EMEA and Inside Sales Representative- EMEA at Halogen Software from November 2014 to June 2017, contributing to a recognized cloud-based talent management suite. Robert began professional engagement as a Student Ambassador at Plymouth University from September 2013 to September 2014, and served as a Student Engineer at MASS from September 2012 to August 2013.
