Adi Janowitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and previously as VP of Customer Success at Hibob, Adi has held multiple leadership roles, including RVP of Customer Value & Services and RVP of Customer Success for EMEA at WalkMeâ„¢. Prior positions include VP of Customer Success at Idomoo, Director of Customer Solutions at Flash Networks Inc., and Director of Project Management, Analysis & Development at Unipier. Adi Janowitz earned a BSc in Information Technologies Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1997 and 2001.
