Raquel Castañeda is the current Talent & Leadership Manager at Hiberus. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Responsible at Bahía Software from August 2014 to July 2016. There, they were responsible for recruitment and selection, employee training, performance evaluations, and more. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at Barnardo's from August 2008 to September 2009. There, they were responsible for recruiting social workers, retail staff, and administrative personnel of all levels; contracting; posting vacancies internally and externally; participating in the company's training plan, organizing courses for staff; absenteeism control; and negotiating budgets with different personnel selection companies.

Raquel Castañeda has a certification in Business English and Advanced English from Idiomas Inglés, a certificate in coaching from Approaching, and a degree in political science and administration from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Raquel also has a master's degree in human resources management from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
