Andrés Enrique Vilariño Andrade has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Andrés Enrique started their career in 2018 as an Assistant Legal at Alcaldia de Baruta. Andrés Enrique then joined Un Mundo Sin Mordaza as an Assistant Legal and later became the Legal Coordinator. In 2022, they worked as a Manager at Gotas before serving as a Professional Visitor at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. Currently, they hold the position of Legal Officer at HIAS.
Andrés Enrique Vilariño Andrade's education history begins in 2014 when they attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they pursued a degree in Law, which they completed in 2019.
In 2019, they enrolled in IESA, where they pursued a Master's degree in Public Management. Andrés Enrique is expected to complete this degree in 2022.

In July 2021, they completed the "Programa de Formación en Derechos Humanos, Activismo y Lucha No Violenta" certification from Activismo Alternativo and the "Taller TeorÃa del Cambio: Cómo pasar del problema al impacto" certification from Cuantix.
Andrés Enrique also completed the "Protección y Seguridad Personales" certification from Save the Children International & CSOD Foundation and the "Puntos Esenciales de la Salvaguarda" certification from Humanitarian Leadership Academy in June 2021. Additionally, in May 2021, they completed the "Sistema de la Corte Penal Internacional y el Estatuto de Roma" certification offered by Defiende Venezuela.
